If the success of View in Southern California is any indication, the Chicagoland version will be equally valued as a real estate resource.

The View concept was originally developed by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Orange County. Launched in March 2007 with an annual distribution of 1.7 million copies, the View is now the largest real estate magazine resource in Southern California with a circulation of more than 10 million copies, spanning the Desert Region, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Diego Counties. The View has also expanded into Arizona with great success. In our local market, we have seen our competitors respond with publications of their own.
